Thank you for choosing our team for your dental care. Your initial visit will be with Dr. Peery for a thorough exam, cleaning, and evaluation with ample time to discuss any problems or concerns.

Shortly after scheduling your appointment, you will receive a new patient packet in the mail allowing you to fill in the necessary information at a time of your choosing. It is also helpful to have copies of previous x-rays and treatment history at your first appointment. Most offices are more than happy to forward records if you request them.
