APPOINTMENTS
To keep waiting to a minimum, it is necessary that we see patients by appointment. We will always do our best to find a convenient time for you.
Appointments are available Monday through Thursday, and Friday mornings.
Since every patient is given a specific appointment time, please call as soon as possible in the event you will be unable to keep your appointment or will be running late for your reserved time. Letting us know of your change in schedule allows us to accomodate patients with immediate needs and assure adequate time for your care. On those few times when there is a short wait, we will do our best to advise you of the delay.
PAYMENT POLICIES
We will gladly file insurance forms for you at no charge, and will do everything we can to see you receive all benefits you are due. However, we do hold you financially responsible for your care.
For your convenience, a variety of payment options including third party no interest installment loans and bank cards are available. To help hold billing cost down, we do ask that small amounts be paid at the time of visit. Please feel free to discuss any charges or how you will handle them.
